Location: Phnom Penh, travel to Province sometime.

We are Engineering and Agriculture Company Looking for Sale & Marketing Manager.
Address: iCon Professional Bldg, and Attwood Business Center. Someday travel to province.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Sales & Market Plan.
- Efforts to enhance existing products that meet customer requirements while maintaining pricing and gross
margin requirements.
- Develop and implement marketing programs and objectives to increase the sales and profitability of business.
- Analyze sales statistics to formulate activities to assist in promoting sales.
- Provide management and guidance to all sale & marketing staff.
- Ensure that all customers are being served in a professional.
- Establish the pricing parameter in each customer category that generates sufficient gross profit to produce
a satisfaction profit while maintaining customer loyalty.
- Identify market opportunities.
- Be able to hold staff accountable for their actions
- Prepare sales and product training.
- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
- Conducts one-on-one review with all sales team to build more effective communications
- Enforce and monitor guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Handles customer complaints immediately and according to the company’s guideline, forwards to all concern persons.
- Conduct staff performance reviews together with Management.
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales reports, together with an overview of marketing and sales activities.
- Perform other work assign by management.
Job Requirement
- Age 25 – 37 years old.
- Bachelor degree or Master in related field.
- At least 3 year experience in Sale & Marketing, research and development.
- Very good in English.
- Hardworking and flexibility.
- Self confidence and motivation.
- Friendly, good communication, negotiation skills skill.
- Willing to learn new thing.
- Good team work and time management.
- Able to work under pressure.
